1. Purpose & Service Scope

Twircle is a community-driven platform facilitating the circular economy by allowing users to share and reuse items. Twircle is not a party to any agreement between users. We provide the infrastructure for communication but do not verify, inspect, or guarantee the items listed.

2. Strict "No Transaction" Policy

Twircle is strictly for free sharing. Users are expressly prohibited from:

• Requesting or accepting cash, digital currency, or bartered goods.
• Selling "spots" or access to items.
• Using the platform to promote commercial businesses or services.

3. User Safety & Item Quality

You acknowledge that items are provided "as-is" by other community members. You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the safety and functionality of any item before use.
• Ensuring that meeting locations for item handovers are safe and public.
• Complying with local Hong Kong laws regarding restricted items (e.g., hazardous materials).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Twircle and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from shared items.
• Interactions or disputes between users of the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.

5. Intellectual Property

All design, text, graphics, and software code are the property of Twircle. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
